To rest or enjoy a meal, you will appreciate the large terrasse (32m2/390 ft.) with the garden fournitures (1 table, 6 armchairs, 4 sunbeds, 2 coffee tables, 1 BBQ) with the delightful shadow from a Virginia creeper and a century-old lime tree.
The large parc/garden (1500m2/0.3 acre) shows pine trees and a beautiful view of the old village and the "Mont Ventoux".
The large independant kitchen is fully equiped with electric and gas cooker, electric oven, hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, food processor Marie turbo, washer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner).
You also have access to a cellar and a storeroom.
The large sitting room will offer you resting time with its two leather sofas, TV and DVD player.
The private swimming pool is located at 150m (180yd) from your apartment. Its sizes are 7x14m (7.7x15yd), and deep from 0,90m to 2m (0.9 to 2.1yd).
The water system does not use chlorire and the pool is child-proof gated.
