In the sitting room, 2 armchairs are provided in front of the fireplace, TV and DVD player.
The kitchen area is fully equiped for you to enjoy your stay (electric and gas cooker, electric oven, hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, food processor Marie turbo, washer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner).
The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, a shower and a hairdryer. Independant toilets.
Electric Heating in each room.
The bedrooms can welcome maximum 4 people, with 2 90x190 beds and 1 160x200 bed. The mattresses are firm, and 3 bolsters and 4 pillows, bedspeards and covers are also provided.
The swimming pool is located at 50m (55yd) from your house. Its sizes are 7x14m (7.7x15yd), and deep from 0,90m to 2m (0.9 to 2.1yd). The water system does not use chlorire and the pool is child-proof gated.
Through the French door, you will enjoy the 12m2/130sqft terrace, covered with Virginia creeper, the garden furniture (1 table, 4 armchairs, 4 sun beds, 1 BBQ), the private garden (500m2/5400sqft, partially closed), filled by olive trees and cherry trees, and an unique view to the old village.
